Where are your workshops located?

Our jewels is handcrafted: each piece is designed by hand in our workshops located exclusively in France (Nice) and Italy (Valenza).
Our partners are renowned master jewelers working for Place Vendôme.
A state hallmark inside the jewel certifies its quality and authenticity.

Do you have a physical store?

LOUJEM is a brand that is currently only available online; we do not have shops yet.
We hope to sell our jewels in pop-up stores soon.

What kind of metal is used in my jewel?

LOUJEM jewels is crafted exclusively in 18-carat recycled gold by artisan jewelers. Your 750/1000 (75% pure gold in the alloy), 18-carat gold jewel is a precious, long-lasting piece of jewelry that you can pass on from generation to generation. We opted to use recycled gold.

Remodeled from the existing, it offers the certainty of an ethical creation that respects the environment.

How do I create my medallion?

Here are our recommendations for creating and handling your medallion with care.

It's important to handle your jewel on a large, flat surface to avoid losing your symbols when opening it.

To open your medallion, press it against the flat surface, place your fingernails in the slot on the edge of the medallion and simply lift it.

When you change your stone, make sure it's perfectly placed in the circle provided, flush with the surface, to avoid breaking it.
Before closing the medallion, make sure your symbols are centered.

When you close it, you'll hear a gentle click.

How do I wear my jewels ?

We advise you not to wear your jewelry during sports or manual activities. When attaching your medallion, make sure the chain clasp is securely closed.

How do I take care for my jewels ?

We advise you to avoid putting your medallion underwater, and to protect it from toxic substances (perfume, cream, chlorine, etc.). These products can damage certain materials and stones.
You can clean your medallion with a soft cleaning cloth suitable for 18-carat gold jewelry.

How will my jewels be packaged?

Your jewels will be packaged in a custom-made box to store your medallion and its accessories. The packaging also includes a certificate of authenticity. Everything will be packed in a Kraft box and send to you. All our packaging is designed to be eco-responsible.

Where should I store my jewelry?

We recommend that you store your medallion, together with the stone plates and symbols, in its LOUJEM case when not in use. We sell a LOUJEM jewelry box to take your medallion safely with you when you travel.

Can I arrange gift wrapping?

Yes, we offer to wrap your LOUJEM packaging in beautiful silk paper so that you can give it to your loved one. Don't hesitate to ask for gift-wrapping when you place your order.

What is the quality of the stones?

We select all our precious and semi-precious stones for you. Our gemstones for your birthstone locket come in sizes of approx. 2.1 mm for character heads and 2.5 mm for birthstones. Natural stone measure 15 mm. Our diamonds are of G-SI 1 quality and come from responsible sources that guarantee ethical working conditions, in accordance with the Kimberly process.

Is LOUJEM jewels guaranteed ?

Your jewelry is guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies exclusively to defects of conformity and manufacturing faults. It does not cover, for example, damage caused by inappropriate use, scratches or normal wear and tear.

How do I choose my ring size ?

LOUJEM offers you several solutions to find out your ring size.

1. Go to a jeweller's.
You can go to any local jeweller's to check your ring size with a professional.

2. Measure your finger circumference.
* Take a string or ribbon and measure around your finger at the phalanx.
* Using a pen, mark the point where the string and ribbon meet.
* Measure the resulting size in millimetres using a ruler. If your finger circumference measures 50 mm, then your ring size is 50. (table)

3.Download our virtual ring set

Pick up your own ring (preferably a wedding ring) that fits perfectly on the finger you want to wear your new ring on.
Position your ring on the circles in the virtual ring circles.

The inside diameter of your ring should correspond with the inside diameter of the circle.

Our advice:

- Measure your finger at the end of the day,
-Remember that measurements vary from one hand to the next,
-Don't measure when your finger is hot or cold.
-If you're not sure between two sizes, choose the larger one.
-If you're still unsure, don't hesitate to contact us!

How long does it take to receive my jewel?

All our jewels are custom-made according to your design on our configurator. They are all handmade in our workshops. Allow 5 to 6 weeks for manufacture and delivery.

Is my shipment secure?

We guarantee that the shipment of your jewel is secured by a specialized carrier. Delivery is completely secure, and your jewelry is insured until it reaches the address of your choice. It will be delivered to you and your signature will be asked. We use DHL services to ship our orders. Orders are delivered Monday to Saturday.

How can I track my order?

Once your jewel is ready for shipment, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow the delivery of your order.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery in France (including DOM TOM), Monaco and the European Union is free of charge.
Outside those countries, the delivery price would be communicated to you by our customer service department on 07.66.77.77.75 or by e-mail at [email protected].
For orders outside the European Union and Monaco, please enquire the country of choice customs service about potential extra taxes and VAT.

Can I return my jewel?

As our jewels are personalized and made to order, it is not possible to return your jewel if production has already begun. You can find all the information you need in the General Terms and Conditions on our website, or discuss it with our customer service department.

What payment methods are available?

We offer secure payment by credit card or bank transfer. Protecting our customers' data is one of our top priorities. All personal and payment information is secure.

Is the online site secure?

Yes, our site is fully secure according to current standards.

How 3X payment works ?

Klarna's free 3X payment works as follows:

Find the medallion of your dreams and add it to your shopping cart.

2. Choose Klarna payment

Select Klarna as your payment method. Only condition: you must have a bank account in FRANCE, be over 18 and have an address in FRANCE.

3. Pay in 3X free of charge

Your first payment will be debited when you place your first order. The remaining instalments will be debited automatically 30 and 60 days later.
